CES 2012’s Top 10 Gadgets


Smartcompany.com presents its Top 10 list of the 2012 Consumer Electronic Show’s best gadgets:
1. Acer Aspire A5 – the world’s thinnest laptop, measuring only 15 mm at its thickest point.
2. LG 55-inch OLED Television – an ultra thin television, only 4 mm at its thickest point.
3. Razer Project Fiona Tablet – a game console that has the power of a dedicated gaming PCs
4. Roku Streaming Stick – a type of USB dongle that gives the benefit of a set-top box without the clutter.
5. Samsung Exhilarate – Made of 80% recycled materials, this smartphone features a 4 inch screen, front and rear cameras, voice recognition and LTE capability.
6. Lumia 900 – A potential Android competitor, this Windows phone features 800×480 resolution and a 4 inch screen.
7. Bloggie Live – This mini camcorder and 12.8 megapixel camera with 1080p resolution lets you capture video and directly upload it to Facebook, YouTube or Twitter.
8. Galaxy Tab 7.7 – Samsung’s 7.9 mm thick, 340 gram tablet features 1 Gb of RAM and a 1.4 Ghz dual-core processor.
9. LG Z330 – This 13 inch laptop with a Core i7 processor, HDMI ports, and a USB 3.0 connection is only 15 mm thick.
10. Kinect for Windows – Motion control is here to stay with this release of Kinect for the PC.
